What age level are you?
Age Definitions for the 23-24 club season:
15 & Under
15 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008.
14 & Under
14 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009.
13 & Under
13 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010.
12 & Under
12 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011.
11 & Under
11 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012.
10 & Under
10 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013.
Registration Directions and Guidance:
Follow our Registration Link - From there, select the athlete’s appropriate age division. You will be prompted to create an account first, and then you will just fill out the proceeding questions and pay the tryout fee. You will receive a confirmation email. A day prior to tryouts, we will send an additional email with directions to the gym as well as any other relevant, day-of, information.
We only require you to pay for one tryout. The fee is $55.
Answer the questions with as much detail as possible for us.
We will be announcing what team you made anywhere between 24 hours to one week after tryouts.
Once you have your tryout email of the team you made, you will have 24 hours to confirm your spot or turn it down. We will respond with instructions on how to pay your deposit and you will have an additional week to secure your spot with the deposit.

10U – 15U Tryout Information
Please complete registration using the link prior to coming to the tryout! The tryout registration fee is $55.
We only require two days of tryouts, but athletes are welcomed and encouraged to attend all days of tryouts.
These tryout sessions will be designed to test basic volleyball skills and your level of play all while having our coaches for each level collaborating on making the best possible teams.
After Tryouts
All tryout participants can expect an email from CE Stars between 24 hours to a week after tryouts.
To officially accept this position, respond saying yes to the email and go online using the code provided in the email to pay your Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposit. More detailed directions will be provided upon making a team.
Payments, Refunds & Credits
Following payment of a deposit to secure your player’s spot on their team, the remainder of your tuition will be due and payable to CE Stars Volleyball, in equal installments, according to the schedule selected upon at the time of deposit.
DEPOSIT: A player/family must pay a deposit to reserve a roster spot on a team with CE Stars Volleyball. Once a player/family has paid their deposit, signed their contract and reserved their roster spot on a team, the player/family has agreed to and is responsible to pay their full season tuition. The deposit and all additional tuition payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Financial limitations should never be a reason an athlete is unable to partake in a sport they’re interested in. We will offer multiple options to help player's earn money toward their seasonal fees. Participation in Fundraisers and Work Opportunities is on an individual basis and is not required, but it is another way to earn credit toward paying your athlete’s fees. We will also have payment plan options open to all and scholarships available as well for qualified athletes.

LATE PAYMENTS: The player/family will be held liable for any costs associated with the collection of unpaid fees.
INJURY/ILLNESS/POLICY VIOLATIONS: If a player is unable to participate during the season due to injury, illness, violation of CE Stars Volleyball policies or relocation, it is up to the director’s discretion if the player/family is still responsible to pay their full season tuition.
LEAVING THE TEAM: If a player decides to end her participation with CE Stars Volleyball at any point in the season, the player/family is still responsible to pay their full season tuition. The deposit and additional tuition are non-refundable.
